Clare Anne Mangin, age 91, of Washington passed away at 3:00 AM on Friday at her home. She was born on June 8, 1923 in Washington to Aimon and Mary Louise (Kelly) Dant. She was a 1941 graduate of Washington Catholic High School. She also graduated from Imaculata Collage in Washington DC. Before her marriage she lived in several place in the US and will working for the US Alcohol, Tabaco, and Firearms. She wrote a published a book titled ''Imagination". She was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Clare is survived by her two daughters and sons in-law, Anne and Seaford Goff of Eugene, Oregon and Marilyn and Mark Scott of Washington; two sons and daughters in-law, Joseph Jay and Sharon Mangin of Fredericksburg, Va. and Lincoln Lavonne Mangin of Dubois; and Five grandchildren. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Tuesday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church with Father Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
