Lisa Ann (Mattingly) Blackburn, 53, of Washington, passed away October 21, 2015. She was born November 19, 1961, in Washington. She was the daughter of Ira L. and Janet (Davis) Mattingly. Lisa was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School where she was a cheerleader for the Washington Hatchets. She was an avid Saint Louis Cardinal fan and a twenty-three year employee of Craig Scott DDS in Bicknell, Indiana. Lisa attended Harvest Community Church. Lisa is survived by her husband Greg Blackburn, daughters; Sara (Dale Racey) Wade of Washington, Lacey Blackburn of Washington, son, Ross (Kaycie) Wade of Washington, parents, Ira and Janet Mattingly of Washington; a brother, Brian (Erin) Mattingly of Noblesville; six grandchildren and three nephews; She is preceded in death by a brother Brent Mattingly, a daughter, Brandee Wade, her grandparents, Robert Davis and Gladys (Davis) Mattingly; Walter and Inez Mattingly.
