Madonna H. Wehner, age 81, of Beavercreek, OH, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She was born on February 14, 1934, the daughter of the late John J. and Mary Hope (Bryant) Michaels. She was also preceded in death by a brother, John J. Michaels, Jr. and a granddaughter, Alexis Wehner. Madonna is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Edward H. Wehner, Sr.; 4 children, Edward (Rosemary) Wehner, Jr., Mark (Ann) Wehner, John (Tanya) Wehner, and Hope (Mark) Moore; grandchildren, Ambur Grant, Heather Markovich, Jessica Moore, Anastasia Wehner, Christopher Wehner, Kristen Wehner, Kyle Wehner, Caitlyn Wehner, Nikisha Adams, Bridgette Vasquez and Jose Vasquez. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Madonna was a graduate of Julienne High School, Class of 1952, in Dayton, OH and received a BS Degree in Education from the University of Dayton in 1956. She was a teacher in the Beavercreek School System, St. James School and St. Bartholomew School, both in Cincinnati. Prayers will be said at 9:15 a.m. on Monday, August 31, 2015, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. from The Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Drive, Kettering, OH with Father Edward Pratt, celebrant. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2015. Graveside services and interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at St. Peter Cemetery in Montgomery, IN under the direction of the Ed L. Lee Mortuary in Washington, IN.
