Ruth "Elaine" Pace Miller. 70, of Gainesville. Florida, passed away at 11:40 a.m. May 12. 2008 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. Born March 26. 1938 in Evansville, she was the daughter of Wayne and Leona (Davis) Pace of Bicknell. She graduated from Bicknell High School and was church organist for the First Christian Church in Bicknell for some time. She worked in office administration for many years including positions at the Sunshine Mine. NWSC Crane, and Indiana Steel. She and her husband lived in Bedford for several years before moving to Homosassa. Florida in 1979 when her husband retired. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, playing the piano, boating, the beach. her cat. Stonewall, laughing, and enjoyed time with family and friends. She is survived by her daughter and sun-in-law, Kelli and Glenn Granade of Melrose, FL,: one grandson. Morgan Granade of Melrose, FI,: three step children and their spouses. : Ann and Carl Riker of Canton. GA. Brian and Denise Miller of McKinney, TX.; and Margaret Hoxie of San Francisco.
