Mary Lou Fromme, age 82, of Washington passed away at 5:38 a.m. Monday at Daviess Community Hospital. Born February 4, 1929 in Daviess County she was the daughter of Fred and Elva (Gregory) Boger. She attended Washington High School and was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and when the first of her six sons entered college she went to work for the Washington Times Herald in the classified ad department and was the office manager. She is survived by her husband, Fred Fromme, whom she married February 7, 1948; six sons and daughters-in-law, Fred (Janel) Fromme, John Fromme, and Dan Fromme all of Indianapolis; David Fromme of Atlanta, Ga, Richard (Nancy Prickel) Fromme of Batesville, and Larry Fromme of St. Cloud, Fl; a brother Kenneth Boger of Indianapolis; a sister, Louise Lemon of Washington; six grandchildren, Stephanie Bauserman, Eric Fromme, Sarah Fromme, Josh Fromme, Matt Fromme, and T J Fromme; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews especially Jane, John, and Joe Fromme who were like her children. .m. Friday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church with Father Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary with a wake service at 4 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Washington Catholic Educational Endowment Fund.
