Mother of the Year for St. Peter's Church in 1990. She received an Honorary Life Membership in the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. She had a deep, abiding faith that was a inspiration to all who knew her. She was a kind, caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She leaves the following family members to cherish her memory: her children and their spouses, Ralph and Patricia Grannan of Riverside, Calif., Marvin and Dorothea (Grannan) Meade of Fairborn, and Eugene "Gene" and Peggy Grannan of Corydon; her grandchildren and spouses, Alan and Dorothy "Dottie" Meade of Fairborn, Mark and Thersa (Meade) Gooding of Beavercreek, Ohio, Eric and Holly Grannan of New York City, N.Y., Michael and Andrea (Grannan) Ware of Santa Monica, Calif., Jason and Sabrina (Grannan) Feldman of Pasadena, Calif., Aaron and Linda Grannan of Helena, Ala., and Lesli Anne Grannan of Kettering, Ohio; ten great-grandchildren, Kelley, Evette and Mallory Meade, Alicia and Kyle Gooding, Matthew, Emma and Patrick Ware, and Alexandra and Edward Feldman. Visitation will be held at Ed Lee Mortuary from 5 p.m.to 9 p.m. Friday. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Peter's Catholic Churh, Montgomery at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.
