Lester 'Norman' Wininger

Lester "Norman" Wininger, age 83 a resident of Raglesville for over 53 years, passed away at 2:25 PM on Saturday at Bloomington Hospital. He was born on December 11, 1930 in Martin County to Roy and Bertha (Collins) Wininger. He attended Shoals schools. He was a Member of Frady Memorial United Methodist Church, Raglesville Men''s Club, and Local 859 Carpenters Union. He served on the Raglesville Community Board and Evans Memorial Ragesville Park Board. He worked for J.L Wilson Contracting Co for 25 years and then for Weddle Brothers Construction for 10 before he retired in 1994. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Wednesday and from 10:00 to 10:45 ON Thursday all at the Frady Memorial United Methodist Church in Raglesville.
